My friend just had a mastectomy and never found a lump - it from a review of the mammogram that we were when we found reach 50th

No difference. Mammography and MRI work equally well seen with implants, is the same as "normal" breast tissue

Depending on the location of the tumor. Much more difficult with the significant expansion, but I think it's more or less academic, because it is not so great, in this case. Tissue from the abdomen or back and think that sometimes reduce the other breast, if they too big to match.
