I think. especially if you constantly licks. Here is something that can help. Ways to control yeast / fungal overgrowth
Treatment: External Problems

Bathroom: Use a sulfur-based or medicated shampoo for fungus, with ketoconazole - KetoChlor Shampoo by Virbac - called the vet for you.

Then use a mouthwash, baking soda after shampooing will be very useful in the general itching, skin diseases and inflammation.

Baking Soda RINSE RECIPE
Combine the two (2) teaspoons of baking powder per liter of warm water, be sure to mix that dissolves completely not flush - most pets arms.

After the bath, and the animal is dry: Prepare a 2% solution of Oxy-Drops (1 tablespoon to 1 cup (8ozs.) distilled water). Use this option SPRAy or clean the skin, ears and legs to prevent secondary bacterial infection. (Later). Some people have reported light areas with Listerine stops itching.
