I would be looking for work experience with children.

I want to create a Christian orphanage in Peru.
But what I prepare for myself?

As far as I know a good reputation and a big check. You need to have no special skills to a charitable non-profit startup.
may be different than in Peru uncertain.
Search for "CARE Australia. They help countries in this area ... And always need volunteers.
